It has to reach the requirements of the avatars.
The maximum size of your custom image is 65 by 65 pixels or 146.5 KB (whichever is smaller).
If its larger then that it will be set to 146.5, and will kill the animation completely.
If it came out right on animation, and wont work here, well thats why.
What you can do is lower the quality of the image when you save it (It wont look that great, but the animation will work.)
If you want me to do it for you, yea I could, but Ill need the working animation, I could fix it up so it works here as your avatar.
