Three days ago I went to Tormenta and walked along the beach to see if crabs would attack me if I just walked by them. They did.
I don't know what they've done with the enemy aggression, but sometimes they'll attack you after you make the first move and sometimes they'll come for you without warning.
Let's face it, the aggression is pathetic. What they should have done is limit the aggression to certain level enemies in the game and not mess with all of them. What I mean is, I don't think a level 10 pirate is going to do a Tormenta quest so the aggression should have never changed there.
