If one of your mates (that is not on your roster) teleports to you while the event is underway , automaticly get them off your ship. Pay attention to your ships capacity. If it says 6/9 you are in violation. There are'nt any second chances. If anyone is caught with more than what is on their roster , they will be disqualified.

If I may sneak in and make a suggestion of how to prevent this. Make sure your entire team that you wanted is on board, and the minute you have the 5/9 people you need go into your boarding permissions and uncheck them all. That way, no one has access to your ship and you can sail without worry of getting disqualified.
