I hope McRaging is all healed up.
It really is a shame that people like to destroy guilds, sometimes I sit in my old chair that im sitting on right now and wonder "Wonder why they do it?" "What is they're motive?". Another thing you shoulden't do is promote everyone to officer, i've seen numerous guilds in Abassa yell out "First 20 people in my guild get promoted hurry!" those guilds just never work out in my oppinion.

The GM should have EVERY SINGLE officer in her/his friends list. Not just the pirates friends list, but the players list also. The officers should make sure that they have each other friended.

I agree with Basil, you need to friend ever single member or else if somebody boots your members you can always check if someone is in a "Diskliked" guild or etc.
Us at PIC know what it is like to our a guild crashed, somebody tried to crash our guild a LONG time ago, im not nameing names because this person no longer plays POTCO.
All in all I hope McRaging and all of its glory is back on top, I used to have a pirate in McRaging until the first McRaging crash then I just decided to delete my second pirate. Kudos to McRaging for all of its great work, and glad to see you up and back.
