The Headstone Quest
This quest was supposed to be the second chapter main quest after Black Pearl. Players who finished Black Pearl quest before December 2007 got this quest but it ended on Valentina, the gypsy on Padres. Then Black Pearl boss battle was deactivated and players were unable to finish main quest for months. When Disney reactivated the boss battle this quest was removed.
Here are screenshots of the cutscene when I got this quest from Jack Sparrow after finishing the boss battle.
