How ironic. That'll teach me to be critical. One of the first rules of thumb in communication is to make sure you adress people with the correct name. My post was intended for Jack. But, the mistake probably makes my point- There will be some now who wont be as likely to trust and want to hear what I have to say, and all because I wasn't careful enough to look for and correct the mistake...

An editorial staff is a good idea. And, I'm certainly not good with punctuation. I have written several articles for newsletters, among other things, and I can assure you that if what I wrote wasn't edited before it was published, nobody would read it!

Don't worry Allure, I dont often communicate what I'm trying to say well when offering constructive criticism either. Usually it's not what we say when we're being critical that's wrong, but our approach and how we say it. It's always good to preface anything negative you're saying with something positive first, so the person is aware that you're not just trying to make them look or feel bad, as Im sure you weren't when you brought it up.
