Remember, Disney likes anniversaries....Mid September there's "talk like a pirate day" and October 31st is the second anniv of POTCO going live. I think with all the preparations (raising the caps, gettting a new side quest that REAKS of a new story line) are leading to one of those days. Test content tends to come out mid month as well. I think we'll see something very soon. Just gettin ready for it
