Hi there. I'm on this quest right now, I'm looking for him but every time I go in I just get completely lost. I've looked at the Wiki, it says he is a thug boss. When I go in I've seen a thug is that him? When I've seen him he's always been a level 12 and on the wiki it says usually a level 6. Thanks in advanced for help.
