Added POF names and links to POF Userprofiles for all officers and members who are registered here.
Also added PM links for all officers and Ship Masters (Couldn't find Johnny Sharkskull or Benjamin Goldeagle).
Now I'm sure I'm missing some POF names so if you see someone who is registered but doesn't have there POF name listed please let me know.
