Well after the recent updates to POTCO , I noticed this rep guide hasn't been working.
I was in the catacombs grenading a yellow raider and killed him with 2 explosives ,
expecting tp get 7 rep , but instead I got 17 rep?
Some reason for this? I didn't have a double rep award just regular fighting.
