Ahoy TBC,
In light of recent occurrences, I have conferred to The Keeper of The Code and as such it is my duty as Chairmen of The Brethren Court to initiate the following action:
Motion Before the Court:
Guild found in Violation(s) of The Code.
Propose a 1 MONTH BAN from TBC functions IN GAME.
Propose that Guild Members in Said Guild be removed from The Steering Committee
The Guild in Violation will be named IN GAME during the Meeting
Charges:
Violation of Article I, Sections I, II, & III of The Pirata Codex
The Guild in Violation will have Floor Time during the meeting to address these alligations.
A Vote will then take place during the meeting to determine the Status of the Guild in Violation of the Code.
