why not just hack away at navy swine? i started a new character and found out that a level 1 pirate can easily handle up to a level 6 navy soldier with the use of a potion. and aye, i did max my flourish there, and now my notoriety level 13 sirene can tackle up to a level 20 anything (as long as it isnt poisonous) all by her onesies. and all this before she was given her first light sloop, and she has yet to recieve a pistol.
