You earn Skill Points when you level up with a certain weapon.They can be used to unlock skills or power up another skill. If you don't want to use the skill then, then it will save it and you can have it anytime. For instance, a few days ago I got Level 7 Cutlass, but I didn't have anything I was interested using it on. SO I saved it. Don't be a person who just clicks away with your skill. Like me, if I have money, I just want to spend, not save it. But don't be like that with your skill points. It may help you later.
