I dont now know about this particular situation, however I believe its human nature that causes this to happen. In the many years of game moderation, running a gaming clan/guild, etc that I have experienced, I observed that players "KNOW" why they were banned, terminated, etc. The claim of "not" knowing usually is an attempt to portray innocence to ones peers. Disney does give you explanation as to why your banned. And if there are circumstances they do not, the cause for discipline was severe enough that the player themselves know what it was despite claims of innocence. Noone wants to be "Guilty" even when they are caught red handed.

I would have to agree with this. Closing an official correspondence with "Have a horrible day" would most certainly be cause for termination of that Disney employee. If indeed I did receive correspondence ending in this manner, I would be on the phone with customer service immediately, and I would be talking to a manager.
