I think it's a good rush, cause it catches ya off guard, and ya have to act quickly or it's to the depths.  |
maxing out take cover only increases the time of take cover's effect not increasing the effect. a good thing to do is put skills on something like Tacking or Taskmaster or Windcatcher ( though i dont think it works anymore )
the new speed increase makes it easier ( and tough at times ) to defeat enemies
