There are many great guilds out there. Might I suggest browsing through the Guilds and Clan sections of the forums?

I'm sure you will find a few guilds that catch your interest there. PM the Gm's or officers, ask questions if you have any, check out the rules and look over the guilds' mission statements etc. Best to get a feel for the guild and find one guild that suits you as a person.
