Like Bart said, I definitely do
not recommend doing that. Yes, they CAN stop you from making another Disney account and they will.
I guarantee you, if you try to do that, Disney will only grow more angry and irritated and your chances of at least finding out why you were banned will only decrease even more.
As to why Disney won't even tell you why you were banned? It blows my mind.
