UPDATE as of 12/14:
I just did the Padres Teleport Quest for my second pirate tonight -- and POTCO has changed it.
Instead of having to kill Undead Gravediggers, Bandits and Brigands as before, you now have to kill 6 Undead Brigands, 6 Undead Grenadiers, and 6 Undead Gypsies.
Definitely a change for the better, imo. Not only is it more of a challenge, it also ties in with what Romany Bev tells you.
I got them all in The Catacombs on Padres (the second cave past her wagon), so I don't know if kills on other islands will still work or if POTCO has made the quest location-specific.
