It was a POTCO "event". I don't believe there is any excuse for a GM not showing up where they are supposed to (Friday second B server) or not showing up at all (Saturday, also second B server), even if it is a lack of morale. The people who are using the Host Game Master avatars are either employees of Disney or interns at Disney. So they are representing and I believe that comes with certain responsibilities. I only support them as much as I see them support players. It is not the job or responsibility of more experienced pirates to cover for for Host GMs or do their job. On the ship battles against the EITC I was left "holding the bag" so to speak, and it was neither pleasant nor fair.
All I see here is another "event" where many, many pirates were unsatisfied with what happened. Hopefully Disney will take a serious look at this and improve the guest experience.
