I have a different set of questions:
Why would you even consider this other guild over your own? What do theey offer you that you aren't getting fromn your own guild? If you figure that out, you can adjust your guild to give you what you want.
If it's "prestige" you're looking for, I for one don't know anything about the Dark Warlordz, so you may not actually end up with the prestige you may think you're getting.
Please reconsider what you are possibly about to do. You could harm some friendships for no gain.
