The tides are not the only thing affected by the full moon on All Hallows' Eve. Jolly Roger has worked his magic to bring a horrible curse to the Caribbean this Halloween Weekend! Any Pirate on land that is struck by moonlight will be cursed! While those that are at sea or inside are safe, for a time.
