In order to get your staff you go through a series of steps in which you kill undead enemies, such as undead raiders. It is a short quest and is easy when you have friends to help you. When you get your staff stay on Cuba and kill some of the gators untill you get wither. When you get wither go to Kingshead and kill the large batch of veterans.
