seems like the game doesn't like wireless routers sometimes. I had a lot of problems a few weeks back, and used live support and also send in a bug report with my files. The guy looked at my logs as we chatted and said there is a problem with my wireless router. I didn't quite understand since I had been using it since day one and even in beta and never had a single problem with it, but he told me to hook the cable modem up straight to the computer so I did and it fixed it. However, I was the only one that night with internet access since the router was unplugged and it made for some unhappy people at my house!
So when I plugged the router back in later, it worked just fine. Not sure what the problem was!
