Hey Gang, went to live chat with this, the teck says he's getting the same issues when he tried to logon to my account from there.
earlier Tech said to do 2 things, upgrade firmware for modem, (which actually fried my modem from my isp, their sending me another in the morning, thank heavens for backups) and properly reconfigure port settings
here was a copy for edification for all in case others have this issue.... (my real name is Drew,...btw)

JAMES: Since Pirates Online needs a constant connection to the internet, it is better to have a non-wireless type of router or modem.
DREW:the modem has wifi built in as well as 4 direct connection ports, most comps here at our home connect directly with eithernet cables, is a modem with both abilities a issue

Now, the Last tech is currently investigating the matter, he said it looked like there was a disconnection during a update and it may have tweaked my account !!.... talk about glitch!...oops!
it is affecting all 4 accounts tied in (mine and three of my kids)
i'm being sent to a senior developer,..hmmm,.....

btw,.. i tried to brib the tech with a credit card to change my characters name and add gold,....lol,.. no workie!
