MC I agree with all of Kats advice.
Another place you can train grenades is outcast on stumps.... but a very high level healer is essential. A mastered friend would be best. I can help if you want.
You hit four stumps with staff blast to gather them in a group around you and keep grenading your feet.
Your healer can also attune the stumps first just to attract the damage.
