Ahh, good question. As I recall, before the redesign of the Goliath, Bingham was never on the dock. As a matter of fact, I never saw anyone on the dock. I've noticed recently not only Bingham there, but also the two navy blokes that were in the cutsceen too. Dont know why they are there. Maybe asing a GM during the next role play event might be a good idea.
I've also got a few screen shots of the Pearl with pirates off the ship. One of them I was actually back there with two other crew members. This seemed to start with the new Goliath as well.
