Anway if you decide to install it, you just have to put your old account username and password to get to your old pirates, if you dont want to start from scratch like you said. If you install it, remember how to activate our old account, if thats what the question ment " How do you know if your old charectorss are available ". If not, Im 100% sure your charectors are still going to be there, I just got a new computer too! Anyway hope enjoy the game if you install it!
