The test icon has to remain the same, the launcher looks for that icon before it starts.
What you will need to do, is first uninstall, than go to My Computer -> Local Disk (C
-> Program Files -> Disney (C:\Program Filles\Disney)
Delete the directory named
Pirates Online TEST.
That will clear any settings you have changed - In this case, the image.
Try reinstalling it than see if it works.
