In the Tutorial Jail, look to the jail cell on the right of the jail cell you break out of. Inside it is another dog ( Or the same dog
). Kind of funny how there are random dogs all over the place. Let's mount a search to find more dogs - maybe even build ann ASPCA here in the Caribbean.
Edit: Not sure if the dog is still there, but you could always check!
