Well Ever since the Padres Del Fuego EITC thing Juggys have been few in number. And its crazzy but Death O'mens have become more Populer xD. But Best Chance for finding them is Behind Padres All the way to Cuba. ( More comen In Uncharted waters ) Thats where I find them the most.
