Sure, the test server has been down for almost three days now. Big deal. I spent some time on open. Something I haven't done in a long time.
So we are without the test server. Free accounts and most of us understand what comes with game testing. Bugs and glitches and fails and slow-downs and on and on and on.
But, and this is my comment, complaint, criticism, whatever... Where is the Two-Way Communication? I am not saying that the Dev Team owes us anything but how many testers are getting discouraged because they get no feedback on their input? A simple, "Thanks for hanging in there guys" would be enough, wouldn't it? Or even better, a forum on the test web site ( and if anyone has a link to the test web page, please PM it to me? Long story...) could solve almost all of the frustration people are obviously feeling.
Who wants to play and level and slog through new updates peeking in every corner, trying to set every trap and looking for every programming error they can and never be told, "Thanks?"
Just a thought...

yeah, I don't think communicating with players on Test is much of a priority anymore. Seems that it's been like this since Privateering went live. There always has been a fair amount of ambiguity with the Release Notes. They didn't even update the Test Launcher Game News with a closed blurb, though they did update the virtually unused
POTCO Test Server web page
