A couple of notes:
Founder status was only given to those who signed up for the live game before December 2007. It was not given to those that participated in the Beta test. I have two Test accounts, one is founders status the other is not, because one account signed up for the live game and the other did not.
Right now on Test both the black skull bandana and the Founders (called Loyalty) bandana are part of item drops. Not so exclusive or limited anymore :-S
