Well then, all that needs to be implemented is making the guns longer, then a Skilled Spotter could be able to see the cannons. Seems easy enough.
As for your question, is that for in game mechanics or in Reality? Cause when brought into reality, the Human Factor comes in, and not always are some lazy seamen quick enough to pull the 32lb guns into place however for POTCO I would suppose that it falls too a pattern or repetition.
I take it I must have missed the update that implemented this.
