All I know is what I was witness to. The only screenshots I have are of random level 60+ Navy ships in the area.
And the Island could have been a major weird reflection sort of a glitch but the ships were definitely out there until the server was shut down and returned...It all happened just before the second reset during the Great Test Server Inventory and Progress Destruction Event of Spring '10.
