Port Royal? Near the fort?
Ok Im going to change it up a bit. Im just going to give a riddle that has nothing to do with pirates, since there are no rules against it

Ruining Farms,
Raising the dead,
Destroying pirates while there in bed,
Blowing up Port Royal
Leaving the Navy in turmoil,
