No, sorry to have thrown you off. If you followed the tone, then you understood my post. Perhaps I could have expounded on this particular point instead of over-simplifying it.
The glitches all still are in-game...that is the aspect I do not like. The fact that they are difficult to do now, compared to before, creates the imbalance that you and I so rue. I agree it would be infinitely better if there simply were none...but time and again, glitches are changed, never removed.
Look at the most trivial example: wall glitches. Programatically, it is easier for Disney to have all visible walls match all invisible walls. Time and again, even (nay, especially) with the new island designs, invisible barriers do not match visible barriers. Yes, they are harder to "push through" now, often requiring a jump or F9-mashing...and yes they are fun and seem harmless to the casual observer. In the original game, I could glitch into every building on Port Royal (for example.) But how many times have you been running through the new lava gorge only to hit an invisible wall? (Do you notice? Do you stop and think why it is there? It is there so you can be on one side, while targets are on the other.)
Yes, I'd much rather all the glitches were removed. But since none are, I would rather the playing field be more even, as it was in the original game.
FWIW, Yes, I still report glitches. But each time I do, I sigh and wonder how Disney will change access to the glitch.
