along a similar vein if u notice that your page file usage in the performace tab of task manager it can be a good idea to close POTC down and restart as the constant disc reads when page file usage is high will cause lag
only thing to add is that svchost usage of 99% would probably just about kill the PC so you would probably get more than a little lag
