TSC, the source is from the Pirates of the Caribbean Encyclopedia. They got the info over the last few months from various news articles....
I still would keep my hopes for this new movie, especially with Ian McShane as Blackbeard. I'm not sure about Penelope though. Now, one thing the film needs is a next BIG cast member.
I really hope the budget slash will not affect the movie... and I really don't thin the new locations will.
And, a new cast isn't that a bad thing for the film, except with all those Liz-Will fans cryin that they should come back for a fourth move (They're stories are way past done!!!!)
I have also heard that the EITC and Royal Navy are going to make an appearence in the film. Not sure how, but it could be a mention lie Jack saying "And we took on the fiercest of the fierce, Cutler Beckett, yet nothing compared to Blackbeard"
