to answer your question livewire82 i dont think it dose i use to start my computer up and as soon as i get on it go up to 99% without even doing anything i guess there is a huge leak problem with window xp computers but after doing what the article said above my pc always stay at 0% on all svchost files even if im on pirates of the caribean or not!
