If these bosses are in the game as regular bosses, we can kill them as much as we want. Once that happens, it would be kinda pointless to add them as a boss in any quest, or even invasions. Imagine if Jolly Roger was a regular enemy, or if the Goliath was a regular ship. We would be able to kill and sink them as much as we want, so when they are introduced in events (invasions and boss battle in this case), they seem less original.

Maybe if they were like special quests ( 50+ ) you need a crew of at least 12 men and then the quest says deafeat Becket, Jolly Roger, and davy together but beware of there bodyguards ( 40+ )
