Well, just wanted to ask a quick question. I. Looked this up on the. Pirates online wiki but the answer did not satify me.
What excatly does " powerful" do? It's on all the old quest weapons. Some have told me that you multiply the powerful level times the attack of the weapon but that would mean that the pirate blade has an atttack of 88!
