Back to the Flatulent Fizz promotion and the question raised here seems to be Why would Disney Potco waste time and resources on this promotion instead of something else?
IMHO the answer is ... Because it was easy. Already an in game item, available to basic and unlimited alike. Easy, cheap humor.
