Haha good observation. Maybe the Kraken Pistol will be something that you get in an update. It will be the *only* weapon that can kill the mighty Kraken. But the Jolly Roger has it and you must defeat him. Then you find out he didn't have it, Lord Beckett stole it. So you go to him, defeat him, he tells you how to make it. You make it. Blah blah blah.
