My luck has gone down the drain. I used to get lots of good weapons. These days, I'm lucky if I get a Loot Pouch, much less a Common weapon....
.....But Tormenta has been the nicest to me of all the places/enemies. I got my Shark Blade there. Even though it as well most of the time gives me nothing too great, I still prefer it over any other place/enemy.
Even my other Pirate has only 3, had all the luck in the world at first - a Masterwork Broadsword, Sabre, AND Cutlass ( Though the Cutlass mysteriously disappeared ), AND a Sword Master's Sabre - but then he just lost it....

Actually, the one time I've ever gotten 2 Lost Relics in one day was that one very day where I got my first Lost Relic - which was the Scoundrel's Pistol - and then I got my beloved Corsair's Bayonet a few minutes later. Both were from Tormenta Cave
