On all my weapons, pistol, doll, and cutlass, and even my sailing level, i cannot level up past 7. I don't know if it's a glitch or a feature but it's irritating. Please help. There are photos attached so you can seethe problem. and if i dont level up my weapons or anything, i can't level up my notoriety.
