As far as I know the only way to crash someone in pvp glitch is for both of you to be in pvp glitch, then he kill you while you are in the jail. Basically if you are in pvp glitch and get killed in jail, it crashes you.
for you...it's probably the fact that you were in abassa, very crowded server.
