Theres a small rock in the Thrall cave on Tormenta. Under the rock is a note that says "Enrique Must Be Stopped" with Latin written at the bottom. The translation reads "Bowdash Mansion, bottom drawer." Opening the drawer, you will find a Madonna CD. Play Track 12 backwards, and one of the verses will state that the El Patron Sword is hidden in the rum cellar on Rumrunners behind Del's favorite Def Leppard poster.
Hehe, but honestly, as MP said, its all about luck. Like all drops, you can get it anywhere - Darkhart, Timothy, Neban, even a Gravedigger (although that is putting it to the extreme.)
