Level up to 7 or so on each weapon, then level only CANNON until you are notoriety 20.
At 20, stop everything, master grenades. Kingshead, then catacombs. (Use blunderbuss to measure your distance from the 3 raiders, then start throwing grenades until your arm falls off. Then throw some more until grenades are mastered.)
When grenades are done, go back to cannon until mastered.
From then on, pick your
lowest weapon and find a yellow enemy. Reasonable reds are always nearby to a yellow. When they turn green, move to a higher area.
At noto 45, when all weapons are mastered, start the Black Pearl quest. When it and all side quests are done, go to Tormenta for about 20 game-hours to get to 50.
