Just a few suggestions mate.
First, you might want to not have that one rule as your only rule. This lets your guild fall in to chaos when your not online, as well as if you are online. And, besides, if an Officer goes and boots random people, helping your guild isn't exactly their main interest.
I also suggest you take a little more time to explain what you do as a guild. Are you always devoted to helping each other? Do you throw parties and events? That kinda stuff will grab interest.
And finally, it takes a while to get your own subforum on POF. You need to get your members on here, spice up POF with your activity, and all that stuff. For my guild, from introduction to actually getting the subforum, it took about 10 months. But then again, we really took our time in prepairing - it was kinda like handling an atomic bomb using a fifty foot tree branch - LOL. All in all, it takes patience and determination.
