so i was in ship pvp and i notice something... well 1- i wanna know if is true that wend a enemy ship does a take cover the firebrand still hits him hard? idk because i see that it said :-64,-70,-68 ext...

2- the rapid reload is it posible to have super re load? i saw cannon rams and the master gunners gives you +3 of rapid reload and that the max i know... idk is there are some that gives you more like: +4 or +5 idk
